2025 MAD-FESTIVAL Announcement

The 2025 MAD New Year Festival (2025 MAD-FESTIVAL) will begin production on 2024-11-01, scheduled for livestream premiere at 2025-01-25 20:00 UTC+8 (the livestream will be broadcast on Bilibili, and will be divided into chapters across multiple days if the duration is too long). The official upload will be released on all platforms (Bilibili, AcFun, NetEase Cloud Music, etc.) the following day.

This time, we encourage and welcome abstract, meme, and humorous creations!

The production deadline is set for a period before the premiere (2025-01-13 00:00 UTC+8), with special circumstances handled on a case-by-case basis.

Submissions that were publicly released before the festival premiere (2025-01-29) will not be accepted (except for year-end competition entries), all entries will undergo selection, thank you for your understanding

We strongly encourage and support team collaborations. Teams from the previous event may continue using their existing team names.

As in previous years, voice-over services will be provided for this production. Voice-over requests for creating MADs will be accommodated as much as possible to achieve the best results.
