- 本次比赛共设4份入围评分（5位初审）和5份入围排名评分（入围评委与初审评委评分分开，初审负责稿件入围，终审负责入围稿件的评分）。 入围评分用红绿色标识筛选（红色代表不及格，绿色代表入围），两个绿色即为通过入围。 入围后将采用打分制决定入围排名（本次评分精确至小数点后两位，不再采用上届的取整方式）。 如评委参赛，届时我（废物）将暂时替补评分（指针对投稿的评委稿件；若对我评分实力有疑问，我将随机从好友中找人代为评分）。 为避免上次事件重现，我将全程严格把控比赛的公平性。 比赛稿件的观看顺序随机，评分实名制。 作品评价将以合集形式发布在B站（本次我将作为直播中转站，避免像上次那样因疏忽导致评委直播时间冲突并影响评分）。

1. All submissions will be scored and reviewed based on overall performance.
2. All entries will be non-anonymous and shortlisted based on quality. After shortlisting, a point-ranking competition will be conducted. In the case of tied scores, entries with the same score will share the same rank.
3. This competition only accepts individual/MEP entries.
4. There is no limit on the number of submissions/entries for this competition.
5. All judges and organizers are eligible to participate in the competition.

This competition includes four shortlisting evaluations (by five preliminary judges) and five finalist ranking evaluations (with separate scoring by finalist and preliminary judges; preliminary judges handle shortlisting, and final judges evaluate the shortlisted entries).
The shortlisting evaluation will use red and green markers (red for failing, green for passing). An entry with two green marks will be considered shortlisted.
After shortlisting, a scoring system will be used to determine the finalist ranking (this time, scores will be accurate to two decimal places, no longer rounded as in the previous competition).

To prevent a repeat of last time's issues, I will strictly oversee the competition to ensure fairness throughout.
The viewing order of competition entries will be randomized, and scoring will be conducted under a real-name system.
Entry evaluations will be published as a collection on Bilibili. This time, I will act as an intermediary during live streams to prevent scheduling conflicts that could affect scoring, as happened previously.
