2025 QMC SOLO MAD CONTEST · CM

Explanation of Competition Modes:

1. The competition uses a shortlisting system, where all submitted entries will be reviewed by the organizers to determine whether they qualify based on the quality of the work.

2.The review process is divided into preliminary review and final review, shortlisted candidates from the preliminary review can proceed to the final review and SOLO stages.

3. Shortlisted candidates will participate in the SOLO stage of the competition, which involves daily 1v1 matchups. Voting for the candidates will be conducted through a method provided by the organizers.

The SOLO stage consists of two allocation modes:

1. After being shortlisted, contestants may choose opponents for SOLO battles. Once both parties confirm, they must report to the organizers.

2. Contestants who do not select an opponent will have one assigned by the organizers through random draw.

Note: SOLO results do not affect final evaluation scores

Competition Process:

1. Submission Period: February 1, 2025 ~ April 30, 2025

2. Preliminary Review Period: May 1, 2025 ~ May 7, 2025

3. Shortlisted Compilation Public Release: May 13, 2025 ~ May 20, 2025

4. Final Review Completed, Overall Ranking Announcement Period: May 20, 2025 ~ June 1, 2025

Contest Rules:

1. 【Categories】Divided into AMV and ASMV dual tracks

【Contestants】May only submit 1 entry for the competition

【Entries】Cannot participate in other MAD contests simultaneously

2. Submission Requirements:

The submitted work must conform to the definition of MAD/AMV.
Strictly prohibit reused clips, pure imitations, plagiarism, or stolen works. Violations will result in disqualification from this event.
Does not accept video compilations primarily composed of live-action footage, nor does it accept PVs/illustrated storyboards/CG works, etc..
Does not accept any previously published or publicly released works. Submitting the same entry to multiple competitions is prohibited and will result in disqualification from this event.
Does not accept collaborative/MEP/Collab works for participation.
Accepts vertical video format submissions.
Maximum resolution: 1920*1080, maximum total bitrate: approximately 15000+kbps
The duration of the submitted works must be at least 1 minute and no more than 15 minutes.The duration does not include non-main content such as opening sequences, staff credits, or loops.
Since final shortlisted entries will be compiled and published on Bilibili, all works must comply with the platform's content guidelines. Strictly prohibited: anti-humanity, anti-social, pornographic, violent, illegal or other sensitive content.
Contest entries must include the full text name of QSC promotion at the end*{template file available for download in group files} (text style may be customized), with duration around 2 seconds (reasonable length acceptable).

3. Submission Guidelines:

Entries must be submitted with filenames formatted as: 【Category】Title_AuthorID (Example: 【ASMV】Smoking Guide_XIAOTONGXUE)
In addition to the entry itself, a cover image with 1920*1080 resolution must be submitted. Missing materials must be supplemented.
Before the submission deadline on April 30, participants may make modifications and resubmit their entries to the organizers. Submissions will be closed after midnight (with exceptions for special cases). The preliminary and final reviews will be based on the submitted video file.
After successfully submitting the entry and receiving confirmation from the organizers, contestants must wait until the official release date of the shortlisted compilation before publishing their work on any platform.
When posting, participants must include the tag **[QSC]** in either the title or the tags.This keyword helps the organizers and audience to search for the submission. If the keyword is removed before the event ends, it will be considered a forfeit. After the event concludes, participants can freely remove the keyword from the title or tags.
After submission and completion of preliminary review, contestants will receive at least 2 comments from preliminary judges within 1 week.

Competition Prizes:

- ASMV Track -

Champion: 1 Trophy + 500 RMB

Runner-up: 1 Trophy + 300 RMB

Third place: 1 Trophy + 100 RMB

- AMV Track -

Champion: 1 Trophy + 500 RMB

Runner-up: 1 Trophy + 300 RMB

Third place: 1 Trophy + 100 RMB

- AMV / ASMV Category -

Shortlisted: 50 RMB

Victory in the SOLO match: 20 RMB
