Due to the low number of registrations—and considering that some participants would likely drop out—the original intention behind setting these rules was to have fun rather than to focus on making MADs. However, with too few people, it’s difficult to make the event enjoyable. The prizes were also intentionally not listed, as this contest was meant to test the waters and see how many people would participate in this format. Although it was not written in the rules, the original plan was to cancel the contest if fewer than 40 people registered. In addition, the organizer feels that playing games is more fun than watching or making MADs. Therefore, after consideration, this contest will end here and become the world’s first IC contest canceled right after it started. Thank you to all the participants who signed up. Deposits will be refunded one by one, so please keep an eye out for them. PS: The participation prize was originally set to be “one house per person,” but since the number of people was too small, it can only be kept by myself.
I was chatting with some friends earlier and realized that organizing some lighthearted and fun contests can actually be quite interesting. The main goal is just to have fun and enjoy ourselves, so I decided to take the lead and give it a try to see how it goes—and also to see if anyone would like to join in. So, this first edition might also end up being the last one.

Rule 1
Registration is in pairs. Each person pays a registration fee (deposit) of 2 yuan. If both participants submit their entries or both fail to submit, the money will be refunded to both. However, if only one person submits, the total 4 yuan from the pair will be fully refunded to the person who submitted.(P.S.: It’s totally fine if you contestants work this out among yourselves privately—it’s just a gimmick anyway. Also, don’t worry about me pocketing the money; with 100 people signing up, that’s only 200 yuan. I have no reason to run off with 200 yuan. It’s mostly just for fun—to see if any of my “good buddies” who agreed to flake on us together secretly submit their entries anyway.)
Rule 2
This contest is similar to a regular IC contest, but the song pack will not be entirely provided by the judges. Each participant provides one singer during registration, and the judges will select one song from that singer to include in the song pack. There are no restrictions on categories, but efforts will be made to ensure a variety of song styles.(PS: The chosen singer must have at least 10 songs. If fewer than 10 songs are available, no song will be selected. No more than 5 songs will be chosen from the same singer. This means that if six participants choose the same singer, only 5 songs will be selected, not 6.)
Rule 3
Only individual rankings will be calculated; team rankings will not be counted. Teams are only for Rule 1.
The contest is divided into two stages: the preliminary group stage and the final stage. The group stage consists of groups of three or four participants, depending on the number of submissions.(Groupings will be determined by a live draw), with the preliminary judges selecting the best one as the winner and the rest being eliminated. The group stage results will be announced via live broadcast, only revealing those who are eliminated(Doesn't that make your heart race?)
Rule 4
In the preliminary scoring stage, participants will vote to select one contestant to advance directly and serve as a preliminary judge. If unable to serve, the role will pass to the next highest vote-getter. If the remaining submissions are insufficient to form groups of three or four, participants will vote to directly eliminate the extra 1 to 3 contestants, depending on luck. In the case of a tie, one will be randomly selected for elimination.(To keep it fair, submissions must not be posted on Bilibili, YouTube, or other video platforms before voting ends, and it’s best not to show them to other participants. After voting ends, you can post them freely or enter other MAD contests, provided the other contests allow multiple submissions of the same work.)
Rule 5
The final scoring will be determined by adding the judges' scores to a random wheel score, with the judges' score having a maximum of 20 points.
The contents of the wheel are as follows
After the preliminary round, each participant has two chances with the wheel. If the first result is unsatisfactory, they can spin a second time, and the first result will be considered void. Participants who are not in the live room or contest group during the spin will forfeit their second chance. The second chance is only available if the first spin does not result in -10; if -10 is drawn on the first spin, the second chance is immediately forfeited. There is a 1 in 14 chance—if you hit it, consider yourself chosen by fate.
Rule 6
This contest will not be postponed. If you want an extension, it's 1 yuan per extra hour.(Extensions are only for individuals, not for everyone, and there is no limit. If you have the ability, you could extend it until next year.)

Penalty Game
First Place: All registered participants must post a Bilibili update pinned for three days after completing the penalties for second and third place (excluding advertisements and content involving illegal or rule-breaking activities).
Second Place: Allregistered participants must add the prefix specified by them to their Bilibili ID for three days (excluding advertisements and content involving illegal or rule-breaking activities)
Third Place: All registered participants must change their profile picture to the one specified by them for three days (excluding advertisements and content involving illegal or rule-breaking activities)
In addition, the top five are exempt from penalties. After changing the profile picture and ID and posting the update, please take a screenshot and send it to the group.
