- 黄金祭（MMGC）是Mirai MAD Team自2013年以来在bilibili举行的MAD活动，以往举办过的赛制以邀请制为主近两年也有开放入围制加入，至今已有十年历史。 作为新十年的第一届，今年黄金祭也将如期开启招募，往届有很多知名的国人参加比赛（例如妹系厨、初二disease、得xyz者得天下、漂泊の途、97keys、零之幽、FanfRS.....等），同时我们也成功邀请了许多知名的国外MADER来参加比赛（例如：kazami、BM、军魔、Pluvia、朝奈、Ruby......等）。 本届黄金祭也将由主办邀请海外选手同国人一起参与比赛。
- 本届黄金祭将全面开放入围制报名，所有作品将进行筛选并根据稿件质量入围。想要参赛的作者可以加入赛事群（631209856）将作品提交给主办或主催进行报名。 （除上届入围的选手以及主办方邀请并取得沟通的作者会收到邀请函外，在之后相继开启的b站黄金祭比赛网页和黄金祭赛事官网将开放报名通道，参与报名并提供信息审核后 组号将发放邀请函给到选手） 2.本届比赛以“静止系MAD”为主题，与上届相同，本届黄金祭我们只接收静止系MAD作品。 3.赛事公开后由观众进行投票决定每日胜负。 4.在赛事稿件公布后参赛者的稿件如需单投请在赛事公开时间达到24小时后投稿。（特殊情况可找主办进行商量） 5.所有评委、组委会人员均可参加活动。 6.本次黄金祭将采取bilibili、niconico、youtube、twitter、黄金祭官网同时公开的方式。

- 一、收稿类型： 由于今年以 “静止系MAD” 为主题，所以本次比赛仅收静止系MAD作品。 静止系MAD：以动漫图片、游戏CG图片或人物立绘等为素材，靠华丽的视觉特效使静止人物动起来的MAD。类型包括：萌系、特效系、漫画系、剧情系、GAL系、轻小说系等。 二、作品要求： LOGO：所有来稿作品无特殊情况请在适当的位置标明“2024黄金祭”。 有组的请在作品中加入各组标志性LOGO， 无组的可以选择标注个人LOGO或者不标注LOGO。 作品尺寸要求：除特殊需求外，不低于480*360P的分辨率 帧率不高于60FPS 时间要求：不低于40s，不超过8分钟 大小要求：不超过1000M TXT文档：写明作品名称、作者、QQ、组别、B站UID、作品介绍或者感想等 压制：请提交压制版本，压制码率为6000 kbps码率以内。 参赛者，请将作品、TXT文档、海报（交不交皆可）、打包成一个压缩文件（rar、zip），于2024年4月19日24:00点前，加入赛事群（631209856）发送给群主、管理员或发送至邮箱（954405891@qq.com）如未得到回复请向主办联系。 三、严禁提示： 1.来稿不接收完全仿作(允许Parody)。 2.来稿不接收已公开作品(包括公开原档)。 3.严禁出现盗用、三剪等不良行为。 4.严禁在作品中硬性植入现实广告。 5.严禁出现直接涉及黄赌毒的内容以及过分血腥、暴露的画面。 6.严禁使用违反中华人民共和国法律的素材。 7.来稿不接收明显未完成作品。 评委介绍： 本次黄金祭也将邀请国内外方评委对入围成功后参赛的选手进行评价。入围成功者将会收到至少一份评语。 目前可公开的评委名单： 羽伤、lightpi、鸬鹚、 Dove神痕、 远子酱、 Nukaliad 、起起 、旅人satori、 五条闲SA、 剪尘 、baban、铃木bellwood、 月落满城、 漂泊の途、 时代先驱者、 你在地球之时、 零之幽

MMGC is a MAD event held by Mirai MAD Team on bilibili since 2013. In the past, the competition format was mainly invitation-based, but in recent years an open shortlisted system has also been introduced. It has a history of ten years.
As the first edition of the new decade, this year's MMGC will also open recruitment as scheduled. In previous editions, many well-known Chinese participants took part in the contest (e.g., 妹系厨, 初二disease, 得xyz者得天下, 漂泊の途, 97keys, 零之幽, FanfRS... etc.), and we have also successfully invited many renowned international MAD creators to join the contest (e.g., kazami, BM, 军魔, Pluvia, 朝奈, Ruby... etc.).
This edition of MMGC will also have the organizer invite overseas participants to join the contest alongside Chinese participants.
This edition of MMGC will fully open shortlisted registration. All works will be screened and shortlisted based on quality. Participants who wish to enter can join the contest group (631209856) and submit their works to the organizer or main promoter for registration.
(Except for shortlisted participants from the previous edition and authors contacted and invited by the organizer who will receive invitations, the subsequently launched Bilibili MMGC contest page and the MMGC official website will open registration channels. After registering and providing information for review, the group number will issue invitations to participants.)
2. This contest's theme is "Static MAD," same as the previous edition. For this MMGC, we only accept static MAD works.
3. After the contest is made public, the audience will vote to decide the daily winner.
4. After the contest entries are announced, contest participants who wish to individually post their submissions must do so after the contest has been publicly available for 24 hours. (Special circumstances may be discussed with the organizer.)
5. All judges and organizing committee members may participate in the event.
6. This MMGC will be simultaneously released on bilibili, niconico, youtube, twitter, and the MMGC official website.

Contest release on Apr. 22 (broadcast days adjusted based on the number of submitted works)
The voting result announcement time will be adjusted based on the number of submitted works.

I. Accepted Work Types:
Since this year's theme is "Static MAD", only static MAD works are accepted for this contest.
Static MAD: A MAD that uses anime images, game CG images, or character illustrations as materials, making static characters move through gorgeous visual effects. Types include: cute style, effects style, manga style, story style, GAL style, light novel style, etc.
II. Entry Requirements:
LOGO: Unless otherwise specified, all submissions should clearly mark "2024 MMGC" in an appropriate location.
If you belong to a group, please include the group's iconic LOGO in the work. If not, you may choose to add a personal LOGO or no LOGO.
Video Size Requirements: Unless special needs, resolution should be no less than 480*360P
Frame rate no higher than 60 FPS
Time requirement: no less than 40 seconds, no more than 8 minutes
Size requirement: no more than 1000M
TXT document: include work title, author, QQ, group, B站 UID, work introduction or thoughts, etc.
Encoding: please submit the encoded version, with encoding bitrate within 6000 kbps.
Contest participants, please package your work, TXT document, and poster (optional) into a compressed file (rar, zip), and before 24:00 on Apr. 19, 2024, join the contest group (631209856) and send it to the group owner or admin, or send it to the email (954405891@qq.com). If you do not receive a reply, please contact the organizer.
III. Strict Prohibitions:
1. Submissions that are complete imitations are not accepted (Parody is allowed).
2. Submissions that have already been made public (including publicly available source files) are not accepted.
3. Any form of plagiarism, triple-editing, or other misconduct is strictly prohibited.
4. Hard insertion of real-world advertisements in works is strictly prohibited.
5. Content directly involving pornography, gambling, drugs, as well as excessively bloody or explicit scenes, is strictly prohibited.
6. Use of materials that violate the laws of the People's Republic of China is strictly prohibited.
7. Submissions that are clearly unfinished are not accepted.
Judge Introduction:
This MMGC will also invite domestic and international judges to evaluate participants who successfully shortlist. Successful shortlisted participants will receive at least one comment.
