- 12th Nanjing MAD Contest officially opens
- ※评委不能以个人名义参赛，除评委外，所有mader均可参赛。 ※投稿作品必须符合B站动画分区的投稿标准，禁止投递涉及暴力、色情的稿件，严禁反社会反人类，禁止涉及敏感政治话题，如有违反，则取消该参赛选手所有稿件的评选资格。 ※动画系稿件、影视剪辑、GMV时长请控制在45s—10min之内，静止画/PV稿件时长需大于30s（时长不包括片头、staff等非正片内容）。禁止loop，严禁盗用，抄袭，不限风格，不接受仿作。 ※不接受已公开作品，包括公开原档，不得重复投稿至其他任意比赛。 ※比赛允许一人多稿，最终奖项取最优稿件结果。 ※截止交稿之前，可做修改二次提交给主催，过24点之后关闭收稿。（特殊情况除外）初审及终审，按提交的视频文件为准。 ※投稿分辨率最低为720P，最高为4K，帧率不限，码率控制在15000K以内，H.264编码MP4格式（4k分辨率最高支持60fps及以下的帧率）。 ※稿件发送至QQ：3789627187或发送至QQ邮箱：3789627187@qq.com，稿件和压缩包命名为【作者名】- 作品名，例如【静都】- 小幸运；若为合作稿件则命名为【组合名】- 作品名，如【无言和一秒】- 我爱喝百事可乐。请在邮件内另附一个TXT文档，写明稿件作者B站id以及uid，合作稿件需写明合作参与人员。 ※经商议，本届南高稿件在投递并经主催确认后可以公开，随交随投。投稿需在标题或tag中加上南京高校mad大赛相关信息。 二、评分与排名 ※所有参赛作品均不匿名，分为初审入围+终审排位赛，初审入围数量根据总作品投稿数量和整体质量而定（取总稿件数量的60%-70%，视稿件质量及数量而定），入围作品将由终审评委评分，去掉最高分和最低分后取平均，并给出最终排名。 ※稿件投递时间结束之后，将会在几天后公布入围合集，合集公布后一周内公布具体排名以及各类单项奖的获得者。
- ※在入围稿件公开的前几天将会有主办方南京高校MAD研（以下简称NUMP）内部稿件的表演赛。 ※表演赛的稿件全部来自NUMP成员稿件，既有未入围稿也有入围稿。 ※表演赛为对抗制，双方分别为“鸢尾”组和“柑橘”组，每天会有来自两个组的两个作品进行对抗，由观众投票选出优胜方。 ※表演赛没有奖励，突出一个欢乐。 ※由自愿参加表演赛的作者本人选择加入哪一方阵营。

The Nanjing MAD competition (hereinafter referred to as NanGao) has been held for twelve years. It was originally organized by the Liuhuo Anime Club of Nanjing University of Aeronautics and Astronautics, and is now organized by the Nanjing MAD Research Institute. We hope everyone can participate happily and have fun meow!
The contest is not limited to the Nanjing area; all mader can participate.
※ Judges cannot participate as individuals. Except for judges, all mader can participate.
※ Submitted works must comply with the submission standards of Bilibili's animation section. Submissions involving violence, pornography, anti-social or anti-human content, or sensitive political topics are prohibited. Violators will have all their entries disqualified.
※ Animation works, film editing, and GMV must be between 45 seconds and 10 minutes in length. Still image/PV works must be longer than 30 seconds (length does not include opening credits, staff, or other non-main content). Loops are prohibited. Plagiarism and theft are strictly forbidden. No style restrictions, but imitation works are not accepted.
※ Previously published works, including publicly available source files, are not accepted. Duplicate submissions to any other contest are not allowed.
※The contest allows multiple submissions per person; the final award will be based on the best submission.
※Before the deadline, you may revise and resubmit to the organizer. Submissions will close after 24:00 (special circumstances excepted). Preliminary and final judging will be based on the submitted video file.
※The minimum submission resolution is 720P, maximum is 4K, frame rate is unlimited, bitrate should be within 15000K, H.264 encoding MP4 format (4K resolution supports up to 60fps and below).
※Send submissions to QQ: 3789627187 or to QQ email: 3789627187@qq.com, name the submission and compressed package as [Author Name] - Work Title, e.g., [静都] - 小幸运; for collaborative works, name as [Group Name] - Work Title, e.g., [无言和一秒] - 我爱喝百事可乐. ※After discussion, this year's Nanjing High School submissions can be made public after submission and confirmation by the organizer, and can be submitted at any time. Submissions must include relevant information about the 南京高校mad大赛 in the title or tags.
II. Scoring and Ranking
※All contest entries are not anonymous. The process is divided into preliminary shortlisting and final ranking. The number of shortlisted entries will be determined based on the total number of submissions and overall quality (taking 60%-70% of the total submissions, depending on quality and quantity). Shortlisted entries will be scored by the final judges. After removing the highest and lowest scores, the average will be taken to determine the final ranking.
※After the submission deadline, the shortlisted collection will be announced a few days later. Within one week after the collection is announced, the specific rankings and winners of various individual awards will be announced.
※A few days before the shortlisted entries are made public, there will be an exhibition match featuring internal submissions from the organizer, Nanjing MAD Research Institute (hereinafter referred to as NUMP).
※All entries for the exhibition match come from NUMP members, including both shortlisted and non-shortlisted entries.
※The exhibition match adopts a head-to-head format, with the two sides being the “Iris” group and the “Citrus” group. Each day, two works from the two groups will compete, and the winner will be determined by audience vote.
※There are no prizes for the exhibition match; the focus is on fun.
※The author who voluntarily participates in the exhibition match chooses which side to join.

Best Still, Best Creativity, Best Atmosphere, Best Emotion, Best Story, Best Sound Design, Best Action, Best Newcomer — 50 yuan each
(If no suitable entry is found, the corresponding award will be canceled. The Best Newcomer award is only selected from shortlisted entries, and the participant must have started making their first MAD less than six months before the submission deadline. The organizer will count the shortlisted participants who meet this condition in the contest group.)
