The "FengHuaHuiZhan College Track" is a new and innovative division jointly organized by the FengHuaHuiZhan committee and 35 universities across the country. Unlike the main FengHua event, the College Track features a dedicated collection, and selected works will be showcased in a nationwide tour through offline screenings hosted by partner universities.

The College Track is open to everyone, but we especially encourage student creators who love MAD to participate. Here, you can connect with like-minded peers from universities across the country and let your vibrant, youthful creations be seen by more people!

This year's FengHua will also feature a "University Rankings" list. Participants are encouraged to accurately fill in their school information when submitting (graduates can support their alma mater too~). Rankings will be based on a weighted combination of entry scores and track performance.

During the preparation for the contest, we were delighted to receive enthusiastic responses from fellow communities — the independent game group 三鱼渔STUDIO, formed by MAD enthusiasts, offered to support the contest with materials and offline event assistance, out of a shared passion for creative expression. Here, FengHuaHuiZhan extends heartfelt thanks to 三鱼渔STUDIO!

▶Submission Requirements:

1. After results are announced for the College Track, entries can be submitted to the [Animation Section] with the event hashtag #MAD大赛2025夏季赛# and the tag #风华回战#. Entries for the College Track must also include the tag #风华回战高校赛道#.

2. Entries must comply with Bilibili's Animation Section submission standards. Video length should be between 1 and 10 minutes (excluding intro, outro, and loops).

3. All entries that have passed the College Track evaluation must include one of the following elements when submitting the standalone video (choose either one; related assets will be provided in the contest group):

a. Include the logos of FengHuaHuiZhan and BiliBili MAD CONTEST in any form within the main video.

b. Add the official event opening sequence (it must not be moved to the ending).

4. If you encounter any issues during submission, feel free to contact the organizers at any time (@苍乃瑶 or any organizer you know). We’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

▶ Submission Guidelines

1. The College Track is open to everyone, including non-students; you must select “College Track” when filling out the [Submission Form].

2. All MAD-related works are eligible, including still-style edits, AMVs, Tokusatsu, and Chinese original content; fully original OC animations, Motion Graphic PVs, and fan-made animations are not included.

3. Multiple submissions per person are allowed, but each creator can only receive awards based on their highest-scoring work. For group submissions, the primary submission account will be used for evaluation.

4. There is no limit to the number of revisions for a single entry during the submission period:

a. S-tier works, once revised, will not be re-scored or re-ranked; changes will only affect the final collection content.

b. A-tier or B-tier works may be modified once and resubmitted to be re-scored and re-ranked as a new entry.

c. C-tier, D-tier, and E-tier works can be revised and resubmitted for re-scoring and re-ranking as new entries, regardless of whether they’ve already been scored or ranked (frequent minor edits are not recommended, as they won’t significantly affect the results).

5. Since submissions rely on an online form, any malicious behavior such as repeatedly uploading unrelated files that disrupt the contest will result in permanent disqualification from all future FengHua contests.

This contest only supports submission via the [Submission Form]. Successful submission counts as official participation. If your work is not found in the official group’s preliminary review list within three days after submission, please promptly contact @苍乃瑶.

▶ Judging Guidelines

1. All entries will be reviewed after submission. Only after passing the College Track evaluation can creators publicly release their work; otherwise, it will be considered a forfeiture of participation. Everyone can check the judging list in the official contest group chat to track scoring progress.

2. All entries will undergo a single round of judging after submission, which includes scoring and grading. Grades are divided into five tiers: S, A, B, C, and D. Judges will score anonymously and provide comments for each work. Creators whose entries reach S, A, or B tier will receive a merchandise gift pack.

3. All judges and staff members are allowed to participate in the contest, but if a judge submits an entry, it will be evaluated by the organizers on their behalf.

4. As the College Track encourages judges to provide detailed feedback, the evaluation period will be significantly longer than that of the FengHua main contest. We appreciate your understanding.

▶ Award Guidelines

1. The College Track does not offer ranking or individual awards; rewards are only given to works that reach the corresponding grade tiers. If your goal is to be shortlisted, win a category award, or earn a placement prize in FengHua, please prioritize submitting to the main FengHua contest.

2. A single creator may apply for multiple special awards and can receive multiple honorary titles upon approval, but may receive only one set of special award prizes at most.

3. For detailed information about the awards, please refer to the official main column of 【FengHuaHuiZhan】: https://www.bilibili.com/read/cv42151431

▶ Rules for Transition Between College Track and FengHua Main Contest

1. In the College Track, works that receive an S-grade rating will, with the creator's consent, be transferred to the preliminary judging panel of the FengHua main contest for initial scoring.

2. Creators who advance from the College Track to the FengHua main contest will receive the finalist rewards of the main contest instead, and will also have the opportunity to compete for individual and ranking awards in FengHua.

3. Works that advance from the university track to the FengHuaHuiZhan main contest will be included in both the FengHuaHuiZhan final review collection and the university works collection, and will be screened at the university offline exhibition.

4. Creators whose works fail the initial review of FengHuaHuiZhan can choose to revise their submissions and resubmit to FengHuaHuiZhan, or switch to the university track. They only need to re-upload their work and related information in the submission form and select the university track. The university track judging panel will treat this submission as a new entry and evaluate it accordingly.

▶ Offline Screening

1. To ensure a better viewing experience during the offline screening event, we will perform a "deduplication adjustment" on this year's university offline exhibition collection. To prevent audiences from repeatedly seeing multiple nearly identical works based on the same material within a short period, we will select the highest-ranked entry for the offline exhibition collection in cases of severe content duplication.

2. The offline screening events will be primarily organized by collaborating student clubs. Students from other universities can contact the relevant local club organizers for participation details. Additionally, depending on attendance, cinema screenings will be held in the host cities (Beijing, Shanghai), with plenty of themed merchandise prepared. Everyone is welcome to join! For any inquiries, feel free to reach out to the official organizers in the FengHuaHuiZhan group chat.

▶ University Ranking Rules

1. Creators may voluntarily fill in their university name when submitting their works (regardless of the track) to support their institution's participation in the 【University Rankings】.

2. The university rankings will be determined by a comprehensive evaluation based on both the scores of works from each institution's creators and track-specific weighting factors.

3. Works from the FengHuaHuiZhan Contest will carry higher weight in the university rankings.

4. The university rankings will be sorted by **institution** as a whole, without distinguishing between colleges, campuses, or institutional tiers (*Note: middle schools and below are not eligible for listing*).
