2. Expected shortlist announcement: About a week after deadline (live screening)

• Anyone except judges, organizers, and hosts can participate
• Individual, collab (2 people), and MEP (multi) allowed
• Each participant can submit only 1 work; collaboration counts as one
• Previously published works not allowed; cannot submit to other competitions

• Requirements: Animation AMV 2-5 min; Static MAD 1'30"-5 min; Style MAD 35s-3 min
• Video format: MP4/MKV/MOV, codec H.264/H.265/x264/x265, size ≤1GiB, audio MP3/M4A/WAV/AAC
• Cover: 1920×1080, PNG or JPG
• Confirmation email within 48 hours after submission

• Original work required, no AI assistance, no loops
• Creative parody allowed, no direct copying
• Materials: ACG sources (anime, manga, game CG, except non-anime style games), live-action ≤10%
• Must include competition logo or intro (download from group files)
• No prohibited content (porn, gambling, drugs, excessive gore, etc.)
• Do not upload to any streaming platform before deadline
• Violations lead to disqualification and possible recovery of prizes

• Animation AMV: 2-5 min
• Static MAD: 1'30"-5 min
• Style MAD: 35s-3 min
• Pure editing, tokusatsu, and ASMV not accepted

Scored based on quality. Shortlisted works are ranked; ties allowed. Each participant receives only one prize (excluding special awards). Collaboration works share one prize.
