Hello everyone,

We areHOVER MAD TEAM.(Group H). Since 2023, Group H has successfully hosted the past three editions of the Rosa Festa event, achieving results that exceeded expectations. It has been an immense honor for the organizers to see so many creators showcase their work, passion, and skills. Therefore, we will do our very best to host this year’s event as well.~Rosa Festa~ 2026!

This year’s Rose Banquet will once again be organized entirely by Group H. We will maintain our usual style and, while staying true to Group H’s philosophy, continue to strive to provide the MAD/AMV community with an enjoyable event. The general direction of this year’s Rose Banquet will be consistent with previous editions, but the event schedule has been adjusted toApril 30, 2026, through July 15, 2026. In addition to this,Submit and Enter on the Spot, Real-Time Feedback, Honorable MentionsThese event features will also carry over to this year’s rules! The Rose Banquet aims to foster high-quality works, encourage new creators, invigorate the MAD/AMV community, and provide a platform for creative exchange. We hope that creators and enthusiasts alike will continue to support us and participate enthusiastically—without feeling any pressure to create!

Event Rules:

The Rosa Festa will continue to be divided into two main sections: 【White Rose】 and 【Red Rose】., and Gold, Silver, and Bronze awards will be selected for each category. The 【White Rose】 category includes, but is not limited to, still image and stylized works, while the 【Red Rose】 category includes, but is not limited to, animated works, AMVs, and ASMVs. If a contestant believes their work’s style cannot be categorized under either of the two main divisions, they may choose to enter the division that most closely matches their work; barring special circumstances, this will not affect the scoring. For example, 【Hybrid】 entries may select a division based on the proportion of still and animated content in the work,If participants have difficulty making a choice, they may contact the organizers at any time for assistance.. If the number of entries shortlisted in one of the categories is insufficient, the alternate prize scheme will be implemented, with the total prize amount remaining unchanged.

The shortlist will be determined byThe preliminary review team has selected an estimated 40 high-quality entries. The number of finalists is an estimate and may increase or decrease depending on circumstances. To enhance the fairness and efficiency of the selection process, this year’s Rosa Festa has also invited judges from outside Group H to serve on the preliminary review panel. After the selection of finalists is complete, the submissions will be forwarded to a panel invited by the organizersThe final judging panel selects the overall winners and category winners. The two divisions share the same number of finalists., but the proportions may be adjusted depending on the circumstances. Judges and event organizers may participate in the event; if a final-round judge participates and is shortlisted, one of the preliminary-round judges will temporarily serve as a substitute judge. Final-round judges may not evaluate their own submissions.

As in previous editions, once participants have submitted their works and received confirmation from the organizers, they are free to publish their works on any platform. However, after publication, the original video submitted for evaluation cannot be replaced except in special circumstances. Regarding feedback, participants will receive at least one review from the initial review panel within 15 days after submission, regardless of whether their work is shortlisted, except in special cases.

This year’s Rosa Festa will feature new individual awards and a Best Group Award. We will also announce a special activity designed to encourage audience and contestant participation prior to the release of the finalists’ compilation video. Details will be shared in the event discussion group around the time the compilation video is released!

Submission Requirements:

Submitted works must comply withthe definitions of MAD/AMV.

We only accept fan-created works based primarily on common source material such as anime, manga, light novels, and video games. We do not accept works that do not meet the definition of MAD/AMV, including but not limited to PVs, "surgery" videos, original CG, and pure AIGC animations.

Strictly prohibit reused clips, pure imitations, plagiarism, or stolen works. Violations will result in disqualification from this event.

We do not accept works that have been or were previously published on any platform, whether domestic or international. Except under special circumstances, the same submission may not be entered into multiple contests or events. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact the organizers for confirmation.

We accept submissions for collaborations, MEPs, and other similar projects; the total prize pool remains unchanged.

Length of Submitted WorksMust be at least 1 minute and no more than 10 minutes, The runtime does not include non-main content such as the opening credits, staff credits, list of materials, loops, etc.

Submitted WorksThe article must include the logo of any edition of the Rosa Festa, or feature text such as “Rosa Festa” or “蔷薇宴.”. As long as the duration is reasonable, that’s fine. Logo files from previous years can be found in the discussion group.

Submissions should be as clear as possible; the organizers do not impose any restrictions on resolution or aspect ratio.

Since the shortlisted works will be integrated and published on Bilibili, the submissions must meet the platform's review standards.

Content that is anti-human, anti-social, pornographic, violent, or otherwise illegal, non-compliant, or sensitive is strictly prohibited..

HOVER MAD TEAM and the organizers of the Rosa Festa reserve the right to the final interpretation of all rules.

Submission Process:

Please submit your manuscript in accordance with[Section] Title_Author ID (Affiliation)Please follow the specified format when naming and submitting your entries. In addition to the manuscript itself, you must also submit aa 1920x1080 resolution cover image must be submitted., Missing materials must be provided.

Once you have packaged all submission materials into a compressed file, simply submit it to the organizer. You can submit your work via standard file transfer methods, such as the organizer’s QQ or email address, which can be found in the discussion group. After successfully delivering the work to the organizer and receiving confirmation from the organizer, the contestant mayfreely publish their works on any platform.. However, except in special circumstances,Do not update or modify the manuscript without authorization.. The materials for the preliminary and final reviews shall be based on the submitted video files.

When publishing, you mustInclude the keyword 【Rosa Festa】 in either the title or the tags.This makes it easier for organizers and attendees to search for content. If a keyword is removed before the event ends, it will be considered a withdrawal. After the event ends, you may remove keywords or edit your submission at any time.

Contestants may submit up to three entries, but only the highest-scoring entry will be considered, and only one entry may be selected as a finalist.

After submitting their work and publishing it themselves, barring exceptional circumstances, contestants willReceive at least one preliminary review comment from a preliminary review judge within 15 days.
