　　Hello everyone, I am Skialys, everyone look at me! I have an announcement to make: it's time to eat, bro!

This year is different from last year, as the animation section will host the 2024 bilibili MAD Contest during the summer vacation, offering cash prizes and certificates for gold, silver, bronze, and special awards. Therefore, we can expect the competition to be even fiercer than last year. I hope everyone can hold on to their certificates and be careful of any rogue entrants—after all, if it gets mailed out next year, that certificate will be a one-of-a-kind collectible! (doge)

The 5th FengHuaHuiZhan is officially underway, organized by Original MAD Team organized event, which takes place once a year.There are some changes this year, so please read carefully.

Submission Review

▶Event Schedule

1. Submission Period: July 6th to September 17th.

2. Finalist Works Release: September 28th to October 6th at 18:00, with several works showcased daily in a collection.

3. Competition Results Announcement: October 7th at 12:00, published on the event webpage and column.

▶ Submission Details

1. Directly submit your work to the Animation Section for MAD·AMV submissions., and add #MAD Competition 2024 # Event hashtag and #: Return to Glory # TAG.

2. After submitting, send the BV number to the email skialys@foxmail.com or message Skialys to join the review list (this follows last year's traditional submission method but simplified to just the BV number). Please also follow the updates in the online document for the results.

2. Submissions must meet Bilibili's animation section standards, with a duration of 1 to 10 minutes.

3. Please include the logos of FengHuaHuiZhan and the Bilibili MAD Contest in your submission byany form,add them to the main video for at least one second; the logos will be provided in the competition group.

▶ Main Rules

1. All MAD-related submissions fall within the scope of the competition.including Tokusatsu, Chinese animation (Guochuang),but excluding completely original OC animations, Motion Graphic PVs, and doujin animations.

2. The competition review consists of the selection phase and the ranking phase. Works that enter the selection phase will advance to the ranking phase and receive a final ranking.

3. All submissions will be reviewed based on overall performance, and a single work can receive both ranking awards and several individual awards simultaneously.

4. There are no restrictions on the number of submissions or participations during the competition. For collaborative works, the main submission account will be used, but an author can only win an award for one work.

5. All judges and staff members may participate in the competition.

6. Due to the expanded submission scope, the selection criteria for finalists are expected to be slightly higher than in previous years.

Ranking:

Gold Award (First Place): 3000¥ & Official Animation Section Certificate & FengHuaHuiZhan Medal.

Silver Award (Second to Fourth Place): 2000¥ & Official Animation Section Certificate & FengHuaHuiZhan Medal.

Bronze Award (Fifth to Tenth Place): 1000¥ & Official Animation Section Certificate.

Individual Award: 1000¥ per award & Official Animation Section Certificate & FengHuaHuiZhan Medal.

Best Animation, Best Still, Best Tokusatsu;

Best Storytelling, Best Composite Effects, Best Emotional Expression, Best Creative Design, Best Editing;

Best Action, Best Dance, Best Romance, Best Humor, Best Atmosphere.

Finalist Award: 100¥ per participant.

Authors who enter the finalist phase but do not achieve a ranking or individual award will receive this reward (again, please pay attention to private messages from @Skialys on Bilibili).

Participation Reward: Mousepad merchandise.

Authors who submit proactively (via email or direct message) and reach a certain score in the preliminary review will receive this reward (the score threshold is lower than the finalist threshold).
