The first leader, 瓜皮, and his mentor, 杉木, engaged in a storage capacity showdown across numerous MAD groups, resulting in a chase across dozens of groups. In each group, 归幌 and 离九 were brought in. Following the battle, 归幌 joined the group. 瓜皮 emphasized that the founding was secret, not formal, but 归幌 and 离九, unaware of the secrecy, publicized it widely. At that time, FD had just been established, and all of 归幌 and 离九’s acquaintances, except those who joined FD, were brought into IFT. The first IFTIC was successfully launched through the collective efforts of the members, with 离九 providing financial support.

IFT produced the New Year MAD titled "Wishing Everyone a Joyful and Prosperous New Year, Happily Making MADs," which was broadcast during the 2023 MAD New Year's Festival.

 To maintain activity within the group, it was decided to remove inactive members on May 13 at 18:00. The removed members would still be part of the IFT family but would no longer be considered active members. The WeChat group would remain for everyone to stay connected.
