【MPS】 MAD Producer Studio Establishment and Recruitment Announcement

Introduction

MAD Producer Studio (abbreviated as MPS), also known as “麦德工坊工作室”, is a studio established to promote the long-term development of MAD · AMV culture. We are responsible for the overall operation of MAD Producer 麦德工坊 (International site: madproducer.cn, China mirror site: madproducer.cn), and continue to explore more stable and sustainable approaches centered around the MAD · AMV creative ecosystem.

MAD, as a music-driven form of audiovisual creation centered on emotion and rhythm, has long relied primarily on individual passion and spontaneous community operation. It possesses a high density of expression and strong potential for dissemination, yet it continues to face practical challenges such as unstable production cycles, loosely structured collaboration, and difficulty in preserving outcomes.

MAD Producer Studio was established under such a context. Our goal is not to change the fundamental nature of MAD creation, but to provide clearer structure and support for this cultural form while respecting its freedom of creation and community-driven characteristics, enabling it to develop in a long-term and sustainable manner. At present, we do not focus on commercial projects as our primary direction, but instead place greater emphasis on the accumulation of content itself, the improvement of community collaboration methods, and the long-term preservation of creative experience.

Organizational Structure

MAD Producer Studio operates with MAD Producer 麦德工坊 as its core platform, carrying out related development and support work centered around the MAD · AMV creative ecosystem.

At the current stage, the studio adopts a relatively flat organizational structure, establishing several functional groups to cover different directions of content and project needs. However, in actual operations, we do not treat departments as fixed units of collaboration.

At present, the studio is mainly composed of the following departments:

Creation Department

Responsible for the actual creation and production of various audiovisual content. Members include MAD creators, MG animation creators, PV creators, MV creators, and other types of video creators. This department serves as the core of content expression, undertaking the realization of creative ideas and visual presentation within projects.

Content Department

Responsible for the organization, writing, and external output of platform content. Members include original website editors and column writers, as well as translators and content leads. This department focuses on information integration, textual content development, and multilingual support, ensuring the accuracy and continuous updating of platform content.

Planning Department

Responsible for the upfront design and advancement of overall projects, including event planning, special project planning, and project structure design. It also takes on coordination and management responsibilities in cross-department collaboration, ensuring that various projects are implemented in an orderly manner.

Design Department

Responsible for visual design-related work. Members include GFX creators, graphic designers, ICON / LOGO designers, and UI designers, primarily undertaking brand visuals, page design, as well as the production and standardization of various visual materials.

Technical Department

Responsible for the development and maintenance of the website and related systems. Members include frontend and backend developers as well as operations engineers, providing technical support for the stable operation and functional expansion of the platform, while also participating in the design and implementation of related tools and systems.

Management Group

The overall management is currently jointly handled by 菲多莉、表表表面、若亲.

Communication Method: Within the studio, QQ is used as the primary daily communication tool, with all members communicating in a unified QQ group. At the same time, member management and project management tasks are supported by Feishu for collaboration and record-keeping. During specific project execution, separate project-based QQ groups will be created as needed for project-related communication and collaboration.

P.S. At the current stage, the studio does not operate with commercialization as its primary focus. Projects are mainly based on collective participation and content accumulation, and no compensation or revenue-sharing mechanism is in place for now. Each project will include the participating members’ nicknames and their respective contributions.

Recruitment Targets

We are continuously open to recruiting the following individuals, including but not limited to

• MAD · AMV creators (all styles, including animation-based, still image, and style-focused works)
• PV creators
• MV creators
• MG animation creators
• Web prototype designers (primarily using MockingBot, with membership support provided during the production process)
• Graphic designers
• GFX designers
• Industry liaison and advisory collaborators (responsible for connecting industry resources, advancing partnership development, and introducing sponsorships and external support)
• Project management collaborators (responsible for project execution coordination, progress tracking, and process optimization)
• Editors (responsible for reposting contest columns and other document content; no coding background required, with operation guides provided)
• Information organization and archival construction (responsible for organizing and archiving works, contests, and related materials, mainly for the MAD DOC project)
• Frontend development (HTML page implementation and related interaction development)
• Backend development (feature development and maintenance based on WordPress)
• Full-stack development (capable of participating in both frontend and backend development)

The technical team operates independently from MAD Producer Studio and is primarily responsible for the system development and maintenance of related projects.

Candidates with experience using GitHub, familiarity with repository collaboration workflows, or practical development experience will be given priority (reasonable use of AI tools is not excluded).

The technical team's responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Feature development and maintenance based on the WordPress architecture
• HTML page implementation and optimization
• API integration and basic interface development

The team will provide foundational technical support resources for related projects, including cloud servers for debugging and testing, domain names (already registered and integrated with both domestic and international CDNs), and more.

Project List

1. MAD DOC project organization (including document collection and organization, structural refinement, content rewriting, and translation)
2. MAD yearbook project relaunch (including data organization, web prototype design, UI design, and frontend implementation)
3. Beginner tutorial program (including overall planning and MG animation production)
4. Vertical MAD annual series (currently seeking commercial sponsorship)
5. Other projects will be continuously advanced and supplemented by the Planning Department

The establishment of MAD Producer Studio 麦德工坊工作室 is a long-term attempt centered on the MAD · AMV creative ecosystem.

We do not pursue short-term scale or results, but instead aim to gradually accumulate content, experience, collaboration methods, and commercial relationships over time, so that they can be continuously maintained and sustained.
